Walking a Sacred Path of Healing, Liberation, and Legacy
How I Became a Guide for
Mother Wound Healing
There was a time when I believed the wounds I carried—especially the mother wound—were mine alone to bear.
I thought healing meant fixing myself.
I thought freedom meant fighting harder.
I thought I had to do it all perfectly, all by myself.
But something deep inside always knew: the places where I felt the most fractured were actually doorways to the deepest healing.
For over 25 years now, I’ve been walking this path—not just as a guide, but as someone who’s sat with her own grief, unraveled her own inherited patterns, and slowly reclaimed the parts of herself she was taught to hide.
I’ve done the work.
I’ve walked through the fire.
And I’ve discovered that when you heal the mother wound, your entire life—your relationships, your work, your sense of self—comes alive in ways you never imagined possible.

Why I Call Myself The Sacred Rose Guide
The rose has been my teacher for years now.
I studied with Rebecca Campbell, dove deep into the Sacred Rose lineage, and discovered that the rose holds ancient wisdom about transformation, healing, and the way we spiral through growth (not climb up some perfect ladder).
What the rose taught me:
- Healing is a layered spiral. The planet Venus actually traces a five-petal rose pattern around the sun—it takes nine years to complete. Mother wound healing works the same way. You revisit old wounds at deeper levels, peel back new layers, and slowly unfold into sacredness. It’s not linear. It’s sacred geometry.
- Beauty and pain coexist. The thorns protect what’s tender underneath. Your wounds—the childhood pain, the mother wounds, the family patterns—they weren’t weaknesses. They were protections until you were ready to bloom.
- The goddess lineage is real. Isis, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary—these women understood that breaking generational cycles requires both fierce love and tender compassion. They held space for others while tending their own wounds. They were whole, not perfect.
As The Sacred Rose Guide, I walk in this lineage and I walk beside you as you spiral toward your own sacredness.
Who I am Beneath the Titles
Mother Wound Healer
I understand the tender, complicated terrain of mother-daughter relationships—and how those early wounds shape everything that comes after.
Sacred Space
Holder
I create safe containers where deep healing can happen. Where you can finally feel what you’ve been taught to hide. Where you’re witnessed without judgment.
Compassionate
Truth-Teller
I’ll honour your resilience while gently reflecting the patterns that are ready to shift. I won’t push you, but I won’t let you hide either.
Embodied
Guide
I don’t stand above you as some guru. I stand beside you. I’ve walked this path. I’m still walking it. And I’ll walk it with you.

This Path Is For You If…
- You’ve done the therapy, maybe for years, but your body still holds the pain.
- You can hear your mother’s critical voice in your head even when she’s not around.
- You’re tired of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and never feeling like you’re “enough.”
- You want to stop passing these patterns down to your children (or future children).
- You’re ready to heal, not just for yourself, but for the generations that came before you and the ones that will come after.
- You’re curious about deeper work like breathwork, somatic healing, or even psychedelic integration (but you’re also a little scared—and that’s okay).
