MEND THE THREAD RETREAT WITH ALI WILKS
A Sacred Women’s Weekend
to Heal the Motherline,
Reclaim Your Voice,
and Rise Rooted
With the support of sacred sisterhood, elemental ritual, somatic healing practices, and a gentle heart-opening journey, you’ll be guided into the emotional terrain you’ve been taught to avoid.
And you’ll be held, nurtured, and witnessed through every step.
Dates: April 30 – May 3, 2026
Location: Bear Paw Ranch, near Drayton Valley, Alberta
You were never meant to carry it all…
The silence.
The shame.
The sadness you tucked away just to keep the peace.
The rage you buried to feel safe.
But your body remembers.
Your bones remember.
And now… it’s time to return.
This women’s healing retreat is a sacred descent into the heart of your childhood experiences,
a weekend journey into the places you’ve long exiled.
We gather not to blame, but to break the pattern.
To witness, feel, and release what was never yours to carry.
To hold the unmet child inside, and rise as the woman she always needed.

What This Retreat Is
This women’s healing retreat is a sacred descent into the heart of your childhood experiences, a weekend journey into the places you’ve long exiled.
This isn’t just a retreat.
It’s a return to yourself.
A rite of passage.
A reclamation.
We begin with the motherline — not because the father is forgotten — but because it’s through the womb, the first imprint, the first holding (or lack of it) that so much of our relational patterning begins.
And often, where there’s a mother wound,
there’s also a father wound waiting beneath.
Your Healing Journey — Day By Day
DAY 1
Arrival & Sacred Descent
We begin Thursday with:
- Grounding ceremony to settle into sacred space
- Salt bowl & altar ritual for intention setting
- Heart-opening tea ceremony (medicine experience)—a gentle empathogen to soften protective walls and invite emotional openness
- Guided inner journey to connect with your unmet needs and ancestral field
What this means:
This is the sacred mirror. The place where you remember the truth beneath the story. The medicine (if you choose it) creates a compassionate container for your heart to open without fear—so you can finally feel what’s been waiting.
Day 2
Deep Reckoning
How we spend Friday together:
- Morning integration circle (sharing insights from the journey)
Kundalini yoga, breathwork & journaling - Cacao ceremony and sound bath
- Letter-writing to the mother (birth mother, inner mother, ancestral mother)
- Forest bathing for grounding and embodiment
 What this means:
This is where you feel it all. The cost of silence. The beauty of your unspoken truth. The unburdening. You’ll be held as you give voice to what’s been locked away — without shame, without judgment.
DAY 3
Trust, Truth, & Tenderness
What Saturday will bring:
- Morning Kundalini flow to call your power home
- Space for the body to soften—grief and anger are met with care, not force
- Ritual of Sacred Grief & Fire Releasing
- Sacred Sister Circle—the most powerful part, according to past participants
What this means:
This is the sacred unraveling. Here, you’re not alone. You’re witnessed by women who understand. You release what’s been carried for too long. You speak your truth. You are seen.
Day 4
Rebirth & Return
The completion on Sunday consists of:
- Morning Kundalini flow to ground your power
- Rewiring, reweaving, and rewriting the motherline thread
- Future-Self Activation: Who will you BE when you return to your daily life?
- Closing circle, Ritual of Reclamation, and Celebration
What this means:
You are the healed future ancestor for your lineage. You leave this circle rooted in your wholeness—ready to live as the liberated woman your lineage has been waiting for.
This Retreat Is For You If…
- You’ve done the therapy—but your body still holds the ache (and the anger)
- You’ve felt the grief but don’t know how to complete it
- You long to be held in sacred space by women who get it
- You want to feel your truth again—in your voice, your body, your bones
- You’re ready to end the cycle for yourself and the generations to come
- You’re curious about deeper healing work—breathwork, somatic practices, or even sacred medicine
What Makes This Women’s Healing Retreat Different
This isn’t a surface-level self-care weekend.
It’s alchemical, ancestral, and soul-deep.
You’ll be held through a spiraling journey of emotional release, motherline healing, and (if you choose) a supported medicine experience—all facilitated with reverence, clinical integrity, and trauma-informed care.
About the Medicine Journey
The heart-opening tea ceremony uses MDMA (an empathogen) as a sacred tool to:
- Soften the protective walls around your heart
- Create emotional openness and self-compassion
- Allow you to access stored grief, anger, and tenderness without fear
- Facilitate deep connection with yourself and the sisterhood
- This is not recreational. This is sacred.
It’s an intentional, supported process held with clinical integrity and deep reverence for your healing journey.
How it’s held:
- Detailed medical screening before the retreat
- Personal intake consultation with Ali
- Trauma-informed support throughout the journey
- Integration support during and after the retreat
Optional participation—you can experience profound healing without the medicine
Ali is a certified psychedelic guide trained through the Cory & Jay Fiset Foundations Program and follows MAPS Code of Ethics in all medicine work.
Your consent is sacred. Your safety is sacred. Your agency is sacred.
(Medicine consent framework inspired by Mia Cosco)
